Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, before shipping.

Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on location. 

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. 

Please note that Jurnee Vida is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

If your package arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
